Therapy with Jordan
When we first meet, I focus on understanding your goals for therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. At times, this includes offering practical coping tools and education about the nervous system to support your healing process. Therapy is highly individualized, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities. I place a strong emphasis on identifying and building upon your strengths, especially in the early stages of our work.

I also offer optional weekly journal prompts via email to support reflection and continued growth between sessions. Above all, my primary goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. My clinical interests and passions include working with Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR in nature, attachment theory, and polyvagal theory.
